By accessing or purchasing goods on Tees.earth, viewing or browsing the Site, or registering an account,  you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also agree that you are at least at the minimum age permitted by law to legally able and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.

Definitions:

“We” or “Seller” or “Tees.earth” shall mean Tees.earth and its Directors/Owners, successors and assigns or website (tees.earth).

“You” shall mean the Customer or any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of the Customer.

“Goods” shall mean Goods supplied by the Seller to the Customer

“Site” shall mean the website (tees.earth) or Tees.earth

General

All goods remain our property until full payment for an order is fulfilled or cleared and the order is shipped. Upon transfer of the goods to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer. The customer should handle products with care until the transfer of ownership is complete (for example, in case of a product return).

Tees.earth reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Tees.earth holds the right to have minor deviations related to colour, weight, measurements, decorations, and their positions, appear on our online store. This also includes stock changes.

To register for an Account, you must provide us with accurate and current personal information including your name, address, and a valid email address. You must not register more than one Account. You must be at least 18 years old, or at least at the minimum age permitted by law to legally able and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

Price and Payment

The price of Tees.earth Product(s) is as quoted on the Website from time to time. Prices are in AUD.

Delivery costs will be automatically added to the Tees.earth Product(s) price when you view the items in your shopping basket and have entered your delivery address.

Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Despatch Confirmation.

Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page, paypal payment option may be added in the future. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer. We are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason.

Tees.earth goods will not be despatched until payment for the full costs of the order has been authorised or cleared. Your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee.

Delivery

All shipments within Australia are sent by Australia Post at this stage. Delivery periods specified shall always be non-binding. You will receive a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout.

If you reside outside Australia, you may want to contact us first at hello@tees.earth to get a quote for delivery fee.

Due to some handcrafted nature of our products, the production time can vary from 1 to 5 business days; hence upon receipt of your order, Tees.earth will dispatch the goods within 1 to 5 days, not including the shipping time by the delivery company. If for any reason we are unable to supply within this time frame we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery, and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

Upon receiving the order, Tees.earth will send an order confirmation via e-mail to the customer. The order confirmation is not an acceptance of the order but only acknowledges that the order was received. The order is only accepted and completed when Tees.earth sends the delivery confirmation along with the tracking link in a second e-mail to the customer.

If an attempt has been made to deliver your order and the delivery company fails to hear back from you, the goods will be returned to us and you will be liable for any return fees incurred to Tees.earth.

Returns

Please contact us at hello@tees.earth before returning the items.

All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the invoice date, and might be accepted based on the following conditions:

• Goods returned must be in the original condition, undamaged, unused, unwashed, folded, with any labels and tags intact as originally shipped
• Customers will be responsible for all freight costs
• A 25% restock fee will be charged on any credit for the return of goods
• Goods on sale will not be accepted for returns

You will receive your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all its original content are the sole property of Tees.earth and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights laws.

Any designs produced by us will remain our intellectual property and shall not be used in any other form without our prior written consent.

Termination

Tees.earth reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

Links to Other Websites

Our Site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by Tees.earth.

Tees.earth has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third-party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on our site.

Errors & Omissions

Every effort is made to our capacity to ensure the accuracy of any technical data or literature made available in relation to our products and services.

All descriptions and illustrations of goods on Tees.earth website or in any other document provided by us are intended for general guidance only and do not form part of any contract between you and us.
We accept no liability for any error or omissions in such documents and cannot be liable in any circumstances for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such descriptions and illustrations.

We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention.

No Liability

Tees.earth will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war, pandemic diseases, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances.

Tees.earth shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses, or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this agreement.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute under these Terms the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute. Disputes should be lodged with our Customer Service/Support team at first instance.

Changes to This Agreement

Tees.earth reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis.
