Delivery and Returns
Delivery
All shipments within Australia are sent by Australia Post at this stage. Delivery periods specified shall always be non-binding. You will receive a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout.
If you reside outside Australia, you may want to contact us first at hello@tees.earth to get a quote for delivery fee.
Due to some handcrafted nature of our products, the production time can vary from 1 to 5 business days; hence upon receipt of your order, Tees.earth will dispatch the goods within 1 to 5 days, not including the shipping time by the delivery company. If for any reason we are unable to supply within this time frame we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery, and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
Upon receiving the order, Tees.earth will send an order confirmation via e-mail to the customer. The order confirmation is not an acceptance of the order but only acknowledges that the order was received. The order is only accepted and completed when Tees.earth sends the delivery confirmation along with the tracking link in a second e-mail to the customer.
If an attempt has been made to deliver your order and the delivery company fails to hear back from you, the goods will be returned to us and you will be liable for any return fees incurred to Tees.earth.
Returns

All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the invoice date, and might be accepted based on the following conditions:
- Goods returned must be in the original condition, undamaged, unused, unwashed, folded, with any labels and tags intact as originally shipped
- Customers will be responsible for all freight costs
- A 25% restock fee will be charged on any credit for the return of goods
- Goods on sale will not be accepted for returns
You will receive your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order.
